Return Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, please understand and agree that it is a custom product that will immediately enter production, leaving no window for further modifications. However, you may cancel your order free of charge within the first 5 hours of placing it.

After this 5-hour window, a $9 cancellation fee per item will apply.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at support@interracialcouture.com with your order number, the current address, and the new address you’d like to use. We can update the address until your order ships from our facility.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, we will gladly reprint and resend it at no extra cost. Please email us at support@interracialcouture.com or complete the form on our website, including a photo of the item and your order number. We will reprint your item and ship it within 10 business days.

Important: We do not accept returns. Please do not send your item back to us.

If you are not fully satisfied with your item, we can offer a complimentary reprint on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through the form on our website or by email, attaching a photo of the item, your order number, and an explanation of the issue. Our team will assist you further.

Note: Damaged or misprinted items are eligible for replacement within 1 month of the original order date. After this period, InterracialCouture is not responsible for replacements.

Please remember that the exact size, color, and image you choose will be printed on your item. If an incorrect size, color, or image is selected, InterracialCouture is not liable for replacing such items.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we can replace it at an additional cost to ensure your order reaches you. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, InterracialCouture cannot be held responsible for lost packages, and you will need to contact the shipping provider directly.
